Why is PassPass better then other apps?
Every deal and business is verified. We do the hard work of meeting with every business, negotiating deals for our members, getting them loaded into our app and getting the businesses to manage the deals. Most other apps use aggregators or web scrapers to try and find coupon codes. Since it's free for businesses to participate, we get more businesses offering better deals directly to you. This makes it a better experience and we can offer better and more deals for our members. We think this is our differentiator and why it's worth the $5 a month our members pay. What do you do if a deal doesn't work or a business is no longer in business?
It's possible that this could happen from time to time. PassPass is a new app platform and unfortunately we don't always know if a business is no longer in business, or maybe the business changed managers or staff and they aren't aware of the deals. This could happen. So if it does, we made this nifty little "report" flag in the top right hand corner of the business page in the App. Just click on it and report if there is an issue and we will review and resolve it! It will also make the marketplace a better experience for all members.
